Your motivation for becoming a staff member: I cherish helping communities thrive! Yes times at the start are slow however im welcoming and compliant with every query. to me staff is a non-contractual agreement meaning i'm here to protect and serve the server and help it grow when ever possible. i love being someone people can depend upon and someone other can learn from! I aim to progress through the ranks through sheer dedication and compliance !

Why you and not someone else?  I bring maturity and entertainment to the team. I have experience also willing and aiming to help support the community wherever possible.

Your strengths / weaknesses  strengths - calm, great customer service skills and have a keen eye for progression! weaknesses - i have a young child and she could be in need at time!

Experience as a moderator or administrator: I once was admin within GamingLight spending over 6 months as staff before my computer broke. I'm a 1 server guy, i aim to seek a server with great potential and dedicate myself to it. so prior to 6 months staff over a year of playtime within that community.

What do you bring to the server: i being fresh ideas as already proven. I also bring joy, entertainment and experience! I have been around Garrys' mod for ALOT of time spending over 2015 hours on DarkRP/PoliceRP

"Jason Smith"(example) has been reported for FailRP and RDM, what would you do when you found out he is doing so if you were a staff?  First i'd bring BOTH parties to a sit in a quiet secluded area. Firstly i'd explain the reasoning for the sit, upon informing both parties i'd ask the complainant to explain the reason for requesting staff. Upon doing so i'd then allow the accused to explain their actions. Afterwards i'd explain what actions i will be undertaking to right this wrong ( i'd warn Jason Smith for FailRP and RDM) in doing so i'd also explain to him that its against the server rules doing this and would also ask him to go read the rules so he knows whats acceptable within the community for future reference. (Bare in mind we do get some NEW players to GMOD entirely so i'd also explain to them the ins and outs of Roleplay and whats expected of them).

You see another moderator abusing his powers, what would you do in this situation? : Firstly i'd ensure i had proof of this occurring. Then due to him being moderator i'd immediately contact either SuperAdmin due to higher staff rank or if no one is available i'd take it straight to the Head Of Staff.
